A supportive environment
Starting a college education is exciting, but it can be a little unnerving at the same time. A big school presents a lot of opportunities and a lot of challenges. It’s normal to wonder if you’ll find your niche.
At the Davis College, we pride ourselves on our small-school environment. It’s easy to connect with students who share your interests with over 20 student organizations and activities.
During your freshman year, you can choose to live in a residence hall specifically for students of the Davis College, helping you make friends, find study partners, and keep in touch with all of the opportunities we provide. Faculty are available to answer your questions, offer advice, and support your activities.
Our supportive environment yields great students. In 2005, three of our senior students from different academic programs earned admission into the Order of Augusta, the top eight graduating seniors at WVU. Four of them were honored as WVU Outstanding Seniors.
