Kathleen
Fleck, a 1996 graduate of West Virginia University with a B.S. in
Agricultural & Environmental Education has found her educational
experiences very marketable. Kathleen's first job after graduation was
with DeKalb Swine Breeders, a swine genetics company where she managed
farrowing and finishing units for the Illinois based company. This initial
employment led her to a position with Milk Specialties Company, a
specialty feed manufacturer, where she was responsible for sales and
marketing support. During her time with Milk Specialties she enrolled in
the UBA program at Northern Illinois University. In March of 2001, she was
offered a position with Charleston|Orwig, a marketing and public relations
agency in Hartland, Wisconsin. She now works as an account executive in
agricultural marketing and will soon complete her MBA. Of her new job
Kathleen said: "Charleston|Orwig is a wonderful company with a great group
of people. I am very excited about this opportunity to work in a broader
sector of agricultural marketing."
