The general description of both my current and long range research interests is the study of immunologic aspects of occupational lung diseases with emphasis on occupational allergies and asthmas. Current research activities include the development of improved techniques for the detection and identification of occupational antigens (allergens), improved techniques for environmental assessment of workplaces where occupational allergies occur, and the development of animal model systems for studying these diseases.
