This is an old administrative project designed to provide for the payment of costs of administrative planning and directing of McIntire-Stennis forestry research at West Virginia Uniersity. Research management procedures for planting,organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling McIntire-Stennis and matching State appropriations will be applied to forestry projects and programs at the West Virginia Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station. It has been replaced with a new administrative project-WVA00083
