Among the important studies completed were studies of attitudes toward and knowledge of biotechnology and agriscience by West Virginia agriculture teachers and the extent of inclusion of these topics in their high school programs; examination of the benefits of and problems created by part-time employment on job performance of secondary agriculture teachers; determination of pest management practices used by West Virginia corn growers; and major problems with the forestry sector in West Virginia.
